Welcome to Haus of HER! I’m so glad you’re here! My name is Grace Rao, I started my career at Aveda Institute in Dallas, Tx. I assisted in a high-end salon to grow my knowledge and confidence behind the chair. After graduating the assistantship at an unprecedented pace and working there for 3 years, I was able to branch out on my own, to a suite salon! I pride myself in being able to adapt to my clients needs, relaxing shampoo experience and beautiful bouncy blowouts. I specialize in balayage, brunettes, blonding, custom color, tape in’s and weft extensions.
CANCELLATION POLICY
I understand that sometimes schedules change and life gets crazy, therefore I request at least 48 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment to be able to fill your spot. A credit card is required to hold your appointment. You do not have to use the same card to pay for your service as you used to book the appointment! Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment I may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If I do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and your card will be charged for 100% of the service scheduled.
